Make Skyline Health calmer, clearer and easier to read.
Supported on iPhone
Dark Interface: Skyline Health follows Light and Dark Mode everywhere, including its widgets and Home Screen icon. Reduced Motion: when Reduce Motion is on, the app turns off its moving backgrounds and tones down animations.
Use your iPhone's settings
Reduce Motion: open the Settings app → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion. Skyline Health picks it up automatically.
Dark Mode: open the Settings app → Display & Brightness and choose Light or Dark. In Skyline Health, set Appearance → Mode to System to follow it.
The app's own Appearance settings
In Skyline Health, open the Settings tab and scroll to Appearance. Every change shows right away.
Mode: System, Light or Dark.
Background: Plain is the simplest and quietest. My Mood is a drawn sky that follows the day's mood. The photo themes (Nature, Ocean, Night Sky and more) show a new photo each day. Tap the lock to keep the current photos.
Animate Background: turn this off to keep the background completely still.
Background Blur (photo backgrounds only): slide toward Soft to blur the photo, so text and cards stand out from it.
Container Glass: how see-through the cards are. Slide toward Solid for the most contrast between text and background.
Container Blur: how much each card blurs what's behind it. Slide toward Soft for a frosted look that's easier to read over a photo.
Appearance with a photo background: Background Blur only shows for photos.
The easiest-to-read setup
Background: Plain.
Animate Background: Off.
Container Glass: all the way to Solid.
Mode: whichever of Light or Dark is easier on your eyes.
The easiest-to-read setup: Plain, still, and solid cards.
If you prefer a photo background, keep Container Glass near Solid and turn Background Blur up toward Soft.
